摘要
阐述了穿孔针在工作过程中的受力状况,推荐了国外某技术文献中发表的较新的穿孔力计算公式及其相关的参数。此外,介绍了瓶式穿孔针的工作特点及其几何尺寸的确定,以及减小穿孔冲头的方法。
This paper expatiates on the stress conditions of perforating needle in operation process and introduces relatively new calculation formula and relevant parameters of perforating force from some foreign technical document. Besides, the working characteristics and determination of geometric size of bottle-shaped perforating needle as well as method of reducing piercing mandrel are introduced.
