摘要
通过传统的热挤压工艺,在16MN挤压机上进行HSn70-1合金铸锭(Φ165×300mm)挤压冷凝管管坯(Φ72×6mm)试验。试验中采用了不同的挤压方法对HSn70-1合金铸锭进行挤压,并探讨了各挤压方法及工艺参数对HSn70-1合金挤制品表面质量的影响,得出了挤制管坯表面缺陷的影响因素及预防措施。
Test of extruding HSn70-1 alloy cast ingot (Ф165×300mm) into condenser tube blank (Ф72×6 mm) is carried out on 16MN extruding machine through conventional hot extrusion process. Various extrusion methods are applied to the HSn70-1 alloy cast ingot in the test. Influence of the various extrusion methods and process parameters on the surface quality of extruded products of HSn70-1 alloy is discussed and influencing factors and prevention measures of defects in extruded tube blank surface are arrived at.
