提出在EPC项目中设计变更控制系统的组织模式和工作流程,对设计变更控制系统组成各方、各组成部门的职责作了说明,并对设计变更管理进行了论述。
This paper introduces the organization model and working flow of design change control system in EPC project, explains the responsibilities of concerned parties and departments and expounds the management of design change.
