摘要
介绍了上海宝钢热轧厂的1580轧机39″×28″、42″×30″油膜轴承的国产化设计与改进,分析了进口油膜轴承的结构特点以及存在的问题,并针对这两种轴承现存不足提出更好的改进方案。
The article introduced the domestic design and improvement of 39＂×28＂, 42＂×30＂oil film bearing 1580 rolling mill which is operated in the Hot rolling Factory of Shanghai Baoshan Steel Corporation , analyzed on the structural characteristics of the imported oil film bearing and put forword some existing problems. Aimed at the insufficiency on these two kind of bearings, the better improvement programs were proposed.
