摘要
针对聚合氯化铝铁分析精密度和分析准确度差的问题,通过分析氧化铁、氧化铝及氧化钛的含量来确定聚合氯化铝铁的有效成分,并检测其实验方法的精密度和准确度.用重铬酸钾标准溶液来测定样品中氧化铁的含量,用醋酸铅滴定法测定氧化铝含量,用乳酸掩蔽法测定二氧化钛的含量.经过反复实验,Fe2O3、Al2O3、TiO2的精密度分别为0.028%~0.140%、0.057%~0.368%和0.007%~0.064%;回收率均在90%~110%之间,效果较好,可用于聚合氯化铝铁产品质量检测.
In order to solve such problems as poor precision and accuracy in the constituent analysis, the effective constituent of poly aluminum-ferric chloride (PAFC) was determined through analyzing the contents of ferric oxide, alumina and titanium dioxide. Both precision and accuracy of the method was checked. Potassium dichromate solution was used to determine the content of ferric oxide, lead acetate titration was used to determine the content of alumina, and lactic acid shelter method was used to determine the content of titanium dioxide. The repeated experimental results reveal that the measuring precision of ferric oxide, alumina and titanium dioxide is respectively 0. 028% -0. 140%, 0. 057% -0. 368% and 0. 007% -0. 064%, and the recovery ratio is in the range of 90% - 110%. The method can be applied in the quality detection of PAFC.
