摘要 黄花菜干粉经脱脂,去单糖和低聚糖,超声波提取,醇析,三氯乙酸结合四次Sevag法脱蛋白,活性炭脱色得到黄花菜多糖[Hemerocallia fulval polysaccharide,HFP]粗品,并对其提取条件、提取率、含量、组成进行了研究,HFP提取率为8.12%,紫外扫描结果表明多糖几乎不含核酸和蛋白质,红外光谱显示HFP主要为杂果聚糖。 The crude hemerocallia fulval polysaccharide was obtanid by a series steps of degreasing remove sugars and oligosaccharides, ultrasonic extraction alcohol precipitation, trichloroacetic acid treatment and further purified four times sevag depreteinization and decoloring. And the extract condition the extraction rate,contents of SHP was studiedo HFP extraction rate was 8.12% . Uhravioletspectrum showed that there were little DNA and protein. Infrared spectroscopy showed that HFP was main miscellaneous fruit gathers sugar.
