The eye tracker structure and principle are analyzed and the author compared the performance of several major eye trackers. Then the discussion about the eye analysis techniques applied in the aviation field in and abroad was made, as well as their application characteristics were analyzed and summarized. Finally, the methods and the prospect of the eye analysis techniques applied in the human factors field of civil aviation were summarized.
