摘要
纯铝中都含有一定数量的镓,其含量为0.01%~0.05%。目前我厂镓的分析一直采用化学方法,此法操作过程繁琐,分析时间长达两个多小时。为了满足生产的高效性要求,试用光谱法分析纯铝中镓元素。通过试验,充分利用了光电光谱仪器的优异性能,科学地设定了条件,建立了既适合日常生产分析,又满足科研要求的光谱分析方法。结果表明:本法操作简便快速,精度高、准确度好。实现了化学成分析仪器化、自动化。
A certain amount of Ga,about 0.01%~0.05%,is found in Al metal.Chemical analysis method to determine Ga prevails at present in our factory,which takes more than 2h.Its operation procedure is vevy complicate. to cater for the requirment of efficiency,we take the method of spectrum analysis to determine Ga in aluminium.Fully made use of the excellency of electro-spectrum apparatus, determining conditions are scientifically preset through experiments. A method of spectrum analysis is established,which is adapt to daily production analysis and scientific research.The tests show that the method is easy,simple,quick,accurate,precise.The Ga in aluminium can be automatically determined by apparatus
