摘要
提出了数值法求解伯努利方程的算法,利用该方法能够分析整个低压铸造升液过程中升液管内的速度分布和压力分布,实现对低压铸造升液过程的仿真。从而解决了实际生产条件下,无法用解析法求解伯努利方程的难题。为优化低压铸造加压工艺,提高铸件质量提供了科学的手段。
A numerical method to solve Bernoulli equation was proposed. The method can be used to analyze the velocity profile and pressure profile in the stalk pipe during the whole liquid raising process in the low pressure die casting so that the emulation of fhe liquid raising process can be achieved. and to solve Bernoulli equation under production condition with analytic method has become possible. The techninque provides a scientific measure to optimize pressurizing process in low - pressure die casting to improve casting quality.
