摘要
为了更好地研究柱锥结合罩射流成型过程,采用300 kV脉冲X光机试验研究了柱锥结合罩弹射流形成过程,并进行了数值模拟对比分析。共进行九发子弹爆炸试验,得到18幅不同时刻的射流照片。研究了射流头部速度、射流长度时程曲线等变化规律。研究结果表明:柱锥结合罩圆柱部分仅仅形成低速杵体,对破甲子弹射流质量和速度的贡献很小;受"激波效应"影响,射流头部速度(6738 m.s-1)小于数值模拟值(6824 m.s-1)。
In order to study jet formation of the cylinder-cone liner,the formation of cylinder-cone shaped charge was studied by using 300 kV pulse X-ray apparatus. The jet formation of shaped charge was analyzed by numerleal simulation. Eighteen X-ray photo- graphs were obtained from 9 experiments. The radiographs of the liner collapse were analyzed at different times. Curves of the jet tip velocity and the jet length vs time were obtained. The results show that the cylinder part of the liner can only produce low speed slug, which has no contribution to increasing the mass and velocity of the jet. Because of the "effects of shock wave" ,the jet tip velocity is smaller than that by numerical simulation.
