低频重复经颅磁刺激对脑外伤患者认知功能的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的:观察重复性经颅磁刺激(rTms)改善脑外伤患者认知障碍的作用。方法:将60例脑损伤患者随机分为rTms组和对照组各30例,均按神经外科常规处理和治疗。rTms组加用低频rTms刺激双侧前额叶,30次为1个序列。治疗前后2组均进行精神状态量表(MMSE)、Rivermead行为记忆(RBMT)及符号划消测验评分。结果:治疗20 d后,2组MMSE及RBMT评分与治疗前比较均有明显提高(P<0.01或0.05);2组间差值比较,rTms组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。符号划消测验评分rTms组的错划率与治疗前及对照组比较均明显降低(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后无明显改善。漏划率治疗前后2组均无明显变化。结论:低频rTms对促进脑外伤患者认知功能的恢复有更明显作用。 Objective: To observe the roles of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) on cognitive disorder of patients with brain injury. Methods: Sixty patients with brain injury were divided into rTMS group and control group randomly, and received conventional therapy. In addition, the patients in rTMS group were subjected to low frequency rTMS treatment. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), Rivermead Behavioral Memory Test (RBMT) and Cancellation Test were performed in the two groups before and after treatment. Results: Compared with those before the treatment, the MMSE and RBMT scores in two groups 20 days after the treatment were increased obviously (P〈 0.01 or 0.05). The scores in rTMS group were significantly higher than in control group (P〈0.05). The cancellation test revealed that false rate in rTMS group was decreased as compared with that before treatment and in control group (P〈0. 05), but there was no significant improvement in false rate in control group, and there was no obvious change in clepsydra rate in the two groups before and after treatment. Conclusion: Low frequency rTMS could more significantly promote the recovery of cognitive function in patients with brain injury
