醒脑开窍针法与循经按摩对脑卒中患者肢体功能的影响

Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture and Massage along Meridians on the Rehabilitation of Limb Function in Stroke Patients

目的:观察醒脑开窍针法与循经按摩对脑卒中患者肢体功能康复的疗效。方法:脑卒中患者360例,随机分为A、B、C 3组各120例,均在常规临床治疗基础上接受康复护理。同时A组增加中医的醒脑开窍针法及循经按摩;B组加中医常规针刺及循经按摩。治疗前后3组分别进行Fugl-Meyer运动功能评价法(FMA)评定肢体功能和Barthel指数(BI)评定ADL。结果:治疗60 d后,3组FAM和BI评分与治疗前比较均显著提高,3组间比较,A组明显优于B、C组,B组优于C组(均P<0.01)。结论:醒脑开窍针法与循经按摩对促进脑卒中患者肢体功能的提高有明显效果。

Objective： To observe the curative effectiveness of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture along meridians and massage on rehabilitation of limb function in stroke patients. Methods： A total of 360 patients with stroke were randomly divided into 3 groups： group A （observation group） subject to Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture and combined with massage along meridians; group B （treatment group） subject to ordinary acupuncture, and conventional rehabilitation therapies; group C （control group） subject to conventional rehabilitation therapies （PT ＋OT） only. Three groups received routine clinical treatment and care. One, two, and three months after treatments, FMA （motor function） and BADL （activities of daily living function assessment） were evaluated. Results： After treatment for two months, the FAM and BADL scores in three groups were significantly increased as compared with those before treatment （P〈0.01）, those in group A were significantly increased as compared with groups B and C, and those in group B were increased as compared with group C （P〈0.01）, Conclusion： Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture and massage along meridians can effectively promote the rehabilitation of limb function in patients with stroke
