贵州不同产地不同采收期芭蕉根中总皂苷含量分析

Determination of the Content of Total Saponins in the Musa basjioo from Different Producing Areas and Different Collection Seasons

目的比较贵州不同产地、不同采收期芭蕉根中总皂苷的含量。方法用80%乙醇提取,5%香草醛-冰醋酸溶液比色法测定贵州不同产地、不同采收期芭蕉根中总皂苷的含量。结果15批芭蕉根中,同一采收期中天柱远口采集的芭蕉根中总皂苷含量较高;同一产地的5个采收期中,以8,9,10月份采收的芭蕉根中总皂苷含量较高,1月份采收的芭蕉根中总皂苷含量最低。结论不同产地,不同采收期芭蕉根中总皂苷的含量存在明显差异,应注意生长环境和采收季节对芭蕉根药材质量的影响。

Objective To compare the content of total saponins in Musa basjioo, from different producing areas and different col- lection seasons in Guizhou. Methods 80% ethanol was used as extracting dissolvent, oleanolic acid was used as the reference compound and Vanillin - HClO4 was used as the chromogenic reagent. UV - VIS spectrophotometry methods was used to determine the content of the total saponins in Musa basjioo. Results In 15 kinds of Musa basjioo, the Musa basjioo of the same collection seasons,produced in Tianzhu -yuan kou contained more total saponins. In the same producing area but different collection season, those collected in August, September and October contained more the total saponins, but fewless in January. Conclusion The contents of the total saponins from various areas and different collection seasons are different, and attention must be paid to the effects of environment and collection season on the quality of herbs.
