摘要
目的研究毛脉酸模次生代谢产物动态积累的种内变异及其遗传规律,为优质种源选育提供科学依据。方法通过HPLC法检测同一生长条件下的3种不同种源毛脉酸模根中主要次生代谢产物的含量动态变化规律。结果不同种源的毛脉酸模在同一生长环境下种植,其根中白藜芦苷、白藜芦醇、酸模素、大黄酚苷4种次生代谢产物的含量水平有明显差别,而大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚的含量水平没有显著性差异,但其各自含量随时间的动态积累规律基本保持一致。结论在同一生长环境下,毛脉酸模根中主要次生代谢产物含量的差异更多的是由其种源所决定的。这一研究结果为药用植物种质资源研究提供参考依据。
Objective To study the intraspeeific variation and genetic rule of dynamic accumulation of the main secondary metabolites so to offer a scientific basis for breeding of high quality provenances in Rumex gmelini. Methods To determine the content difference of main secondary metabolites from 3 different provenances roots of Rumex gmelini planted in the same growth condition by HPLC. Results It showed that the contents of polydatin, resveratrol, nepodin and chrysophaol 1-glueoside was obviously different, and the contents of emodin, ehrysophanol and physcion was not obviously different among different seed sources. But with time going by, the fluctuant law of dynamic accumulation of secondary metabolites was the same. Conclusion The difference of the main secondary metabolites is determined by the provenances in the root of Rumex gmelini planted in the same growth condition. This result offers a theoretical principle for the idioplasmic resource research of officinal plants.
