麻疯树酚凝胶剂的制备及体外释药性研究

Preparation of Jatropha curcas Phenolic Gel and its Permeation

目的研究麻疯树酚凝胶剂的制备工艺、质量评价及其体外释药性。方法用卡波姆940做基质、氢氧化钠为中和剂制成凝胶剂;使用改良的Franz扩散池,进行体外释药实验。结果制备的麻疯树酚,细腻、光洁透明、稳定性好、释放药物快。结论该凝胶剂配方合理,符合《中国药典》2005版的规定,适用于单纯性疱疹病毒的治疗。

Objective To study the preparation and quality assessment , and the drug - releasing properties of gel containing Jatropha curcas phenolic. Methods Carbopd - 940 was used as base, and Sodium hydroxide as neutralizer. The drug - releasing experiments in vitro were carried out in improved Franz diffuser. Results The geiata was homogenous, transparent and stable. The drugs released quickly. Conclusion The formulation of the gelata is reasonable and coincident with the requirement of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005. This gelata is suitable for remedy of Herpes simplex virus type 1.
