复方痛风胶囊治疗痛风的临床及实验研究

Clinical and Experimental Study on the Effect of Complex Gout Capsule on Gout

目的观察复方痛风胶囊对临床痛风患者的治疗作用,以及其对高尿酸血症小鼠血尿酸的影响和镇痛作用。方法选取痛风急性期病人,分别给予秋水仙碱加别嘌呤醇治疗,以及复方痛风胶囊治疗7d。观察临床积分、血尿酸、红细胞沉降率和C反应蛋白。小鼠用复方痛风胶囊灌胃7d后,以次黄嘌呤600mg/kg腹腔注射和烟碱100mg/kg灌胃诱导高尿酸血症模型,30 min后取血,观察药物对血尿酸的影响。以热板法观察复方痛风胶囊的镇痛作用。结果复方痛风胶囊改善痛风患者关节的疼痛和肿胀情况,降低血尿酸、血红细胞沉降率和C反应蛋白水平;复方痛风胶囊能显著降低高尿酸血症小鼠模型的血尿酸量,对热板致痛具有明显镇痛作用。结论复方痛风胶囊能降低血尿酸、抗炎镇痛从而产生对痛风的治疗作用。

Objective To observe the effect of Complex Gout Capsule on gout patient, serum uric acid level and its analgesic effect in mice. Methods Acute gout patients were administered eolchicina and allopurinaol, or Complex Gout Capsule, for 7 days, respectively. The clinical integral scores, serum urine acid, ESR and C -reactive protein were detected. After administration of Complex Gout Capsule for 7 days,the mice were injected with hypoxanthine （600mg/kg） and niacin （100 mg/kg） to establish hyperurieemia model . And then their blood was taken after 30 rain to determine uric acid in serum. In addition, the analgesic effect of Complex Gout Capsule was observed with hot plate method. Results Administration of Complex Gout Capsule ameliorated pain and joint swelling scores, decreased serum urine acid, ESR and C - reactive protein in acute gout patients. Complex Gout Capsule treatment significantly reduced serum uric acid level hyperurieemia model mice, and showed analgesic effeet in hot plate method. Conclusion Complex Gout Capsule can reduce serum uric acid, and possesses anti - inflammatory and analgesic effects, which suggest Complex Gout Capsule is an effective anti - gout drug.
