膜分离技术在传统中药生产中的应用

Application of Membrane Separation Technology in Production of Traditional Chinese Medicine

膜分离具有效率高、能耗低、操作简单、环境友好等优点,在传统中药生产中呈现出显著的技术优势。文章对膜分离技术在中药有效成分和有效部位的提取分离、在制剂生产方面去杂除热源以及药剂浓缩和溶剂回收方面的应用现状和发展趋势进行归纳,并对膜分离技术在中药生产中全面推广应用存在的问题进行了讨论。

Membrane separation processes, with its distinguished feature of high efficiency, low energy consumption, simple operation and friendly -environment, has exhibited the observable technology advantage in the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine production. The current application status and development were described in the paper, including the separation of the Chinese medicine effective components and effective sties, getting rid of impurity and heat source of medicament, medicament concentration and solvent reclamation. Furthermore, the questions in membrane separation technology comprehensive application in Chinese medicine industry were discussed.
