微波和超声波辅助提取瓜蒌籽油工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨微波和超声波辅助提取瓜蒌籽油的优化工艺条件。方法采用正交实验探讨溶剂、料液比、时间和功率等对微波和超声波辅助提取的影响。结果微波萃取瓜蒌籽油最佳条件为:溶剂为石油醚,料液比1∶7(g/ml),提取时间7 min,功率480 W。超声波萃取瓜蒌籽油最佳条件为:溶剂为石油醚,料液比1∶7(g/ml),时间50 min。结论微波辅助提取法效果好,提油率高达54.54%,为最佳萃取瓜蒌籽油的方法。 Objective To investigate the optimum extraction of oil from Trichosanthes kirilowii seeds by microwave and supersonic wave. Methods The orthogonal experiment was applied to the analysis of extraction parameters such as solvent, ratio of material to solvent, radiation time and power. Results The following optimum conditions for the microwave extraction were petroleum ether as solvent, ratio of material to solvent 1:7, radiation time 7 min, and microwave power 480 W. The following optimum conditions for the supersonic wave extraction were petroleum ether as solvent, ratio of material to solvent 1:7, and radiation time 50 min. Conclusion The microwave extraction is a better method and the extraction rate can get to 54.54%.
