砂轮变速磨削的试验研究

Experiment on Grinding with Varying Wheel Speed

对砂轮变速磨削抑制颤振的效果进行了试验研究。试验考查了砂轮变速幅度、变速频率及变速波形对抑振效果的影响，正交试验和单因素试验结果表明，变速磨削抑振效果显著。

An experiment is made on result of controlling vibration with varying speed grinding. The experiment investigates the effects of wheel speed varying range, speed varying frequency and the varying wave shape on results of vibration control. The normal and single factor experiments show that the vibration contolling result is good with varying speed grinding.
