摘要
以丙烯酸酯类化合物为主要原料,采用种子乳液聚合法合成了核壳型(软核硬壳)阳离子型聚丙烯酸酯乳液。通过红外光谱仪(FT-IR),热重/差热综合热分析仪(DTA-TG)和Zeta电位仪分析了自制乳液的结构和性能,并测试了竹浆纤维织物经硬挺剂与氟系防水防油剂一浴法整理的效果。试验结果表明,该阳离子型聚丙烯酸酯乳液与氟系防水防油剂具有良好的相容性和稳定性,整理后织物可达到与二浴法整理相近的硬挺、防水与防油效果,且织物富有弹性。
Cationic polyacrylate stiffening agent with soft core and hard shell was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization with acrylic ester as main raw material. Structure and performance of cationic polyacrylate stiffening agents were characterized by infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), DTA-TG and Zeta potential. Bamboo viscose fabric was treated with one-bath process of cationic polyacrylate stiffening agent and fluorine-containing water- and oil-proof agent, and its effect was tested. Results showed that cationic polyacrylate stiffening agent featured good stability and compatibility with fluorine-containing water- and oil-proof agent. Bamboo viscose fabric after one-bath treatment had similar stiffness, water-proofing and oil-proofing effects to those with traditional two-bath process, and the former featured good elasticity.
