摘要
采用盐酸法对Lyocell/亚麻混纺织物进行化学定量分析,研究盐酸浓度、浴比、振荡时间、振荡频率和水浴温度等因素对两种纤维含量测定结果的影响。通过正交试验,确定优化的测定参数为:盐酸质量浓度1.178 g/mL,水浴温度25℃,处理时间15 min,振荡速率150 r/min,浴比1∶200。用盐酸法定量分析测定Lyocell和亚麻含量,准确、高效、简便。
Quantitative chemical analysis of Lyocell/flax blended fabric was carried out with hydrochloric acid method. Effects of hydrochloric acid concentration, bath ratio, oscillation time, oscillation frequency and water bath temperature on content determination of two fibers were studied, The optimum parameters obtained via orthogonal test were; hydrochloric acid 1.178 g/mL, water bath temperature 25℃, treating time ]5 minutes, oscillation frequency ]50 r/min and bath ratio1 :200. Hydrochloric acid method featured easy operation, high accuracy and efficiency.
