摘要
采用氧化物法制备了Mn-Zn铁氧体。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察烧结体显微结构。分析了配方中Fe、Mn、Zn的比例对铁氧体起始磁导率的影响及加工条件引起的烧结体密度变化。结果表明:缺铁配方更有利于改善铁氧体的磁性能,提高其起始磁导率。同时,采用预烧温度950℃、球磨时间5 h、成型压力50 MPa可使烧结体内部气孔减少、密度达到较好水平。
The Mn-Zn ferrites were prepared by the oxide compound law. The sintered body microstructures were observed by the X-ray diffraction and scanning electronic microscope (SEM). In the formula Fe, Mn the Zn proportion to influence the ferrites outset magnetic conductivity, and volume density changing with the working condition have been analyzed. The result indicated: The formula lacking Fe was more advantageous to the improvement ferrites magnetism performance, raises its outset magnetic conductivity. At the same time, uses the pre-fever temperature 950℃, ball grinding time 5 h, molding pressure 50 MPa to be possible to reduce the sintered body interior blowhole, and density is achieved to the good level.
