摘要
介绍了自行研制的多功能计算机控制精密光学表面加工系统“ＺＤＣＣＯＳ”及其机械结构、ＣＮＣ系统的硬件和软件。该系统具备５个运动自由度（４轴数控、１轴浮动），采用双旋转磨头。
This paper introduces the mechanical structure, software & hardware of the multifunction computer controlled precise optical surface machining system ZDCCOS designed by ourseves. This system has 5 degrees of fredom (4 CNC axes, 1 floating axis) & a special dual rotation grinding head. With the help of numerical wavefront interferometer, it can fabricate many kinds of optical non spherical surfaces.
