The Solution to Intelligent Residential Quarters Based on Broadband Operational Network

基于宽带运营网络的住区健康智能化系统,是国家住宅工程中心与解放军信息工程大学合作开展的一项研究课题。文章通过分析这几年来园区智能化建设的经验和教训,结合当前信息技术发展的趋势,分析了新版《导则》中最高级别智能化三星级的实施细则中"多网融合"技术要求,阐述了"宽带一网通"多网融合技术架构的概念,论述了基于该技术架构下的控制总线与IP宽带融合使用的创新应用,对于智能化系统可持续运行避免投诉的突出意义。

The healthy intelligent system of the residential quarter based on broadband operational network is a research subject that is cooperatively developed by the national residential project center and the PLA University of information engineering. By analyzing the experience and lessons learnt from the construction of intelligent residential quarters these years with the current trend in the development of information technology, the author not only analyzes the ＂ multi-network integration ＂ technological requirement written in three-star implementation details which is of the highest intelligent level in the new version of Guidelines, but also elucidates the conception of the technical structure of multi-network integration in ＂ Broadband All in One Net ＂ , as well as the great significance of the innovative application of the combined use of control bus and IP broadband on the basis of the technical structure attached to the sustainable run of the intelligent system which is free from complaint.
