摘要
以TiOSO4为原料,聚乙二醇2000(PEG-2000)为分散剂,在90℃加热,制备出锐钛矿型纳米二氧化钛粉体,用X射线衍射(XRD)、激光散射粒径分析(LS)、比表面积分析(SBET)、高分辨率电镜(HRTEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)等表征了粉体的晶型、比表面、粒径分布和微观形貌,研究了分散剂聚乙二醇-2000的加入量对粒径和晶形的影响,以及纳米二氧化钛粒径随加热时间的变化。结果表明,该方法制备的纳米二氧化钛呈球形,粒径分布为4-10nm,比表面积为139.57m2/g。当聚乙二醇-2000的浓度为1%时结晶度最好,加热时间达到2小时时结晶完成,聚乙二醇-2000的加入有效抑制了晶化过程中晶粒的长大。
Nanosized anatase TiO2 is prepared at low temperature (90℃) in liquid phase from TiOSO4 using polyethylene glycol -2000(PEG-2000) as dispersant. The morphology and structure of nanosized TiO2 powders are characterized by XRD, BET, HRTEM and AFM. The effects of experimental conditions such as the concentration of polyethylene glycol -2000(PEG-2000) and reaction time on the particle sizes of nanosized TiO2 are studied in detail.The results have shown that the particles are in spherical shape, the particle size is 4- 10nm and surface area SBET is 139.57m^2/g. When the concentration of PEG-2000 is 1% and reaction time is 2h, the nanosized TiO2 with better crystallnity can be obtained.It is concluded that the shape and size of nanosized TiO2 can be controlled and modified effectively by polyethylene glycol -2000.
