摘要
研究了硫酸铝用量、基胶配制、引发剂选择、固化制度对硫酸铝-磷酸盐无机胶性能的影响。实验结果表明:硫酸铝用量增加,一定程度提高了胶粘剂耐高温性能;基胶配制过程中,磷酸与Al(OH)3的质量比为5∶1时,胶粘剂粘结性最佳;加入引发剂可降低胶粘剂固化温度,但对粘接强度有一定影响;合理的固化制度非常关键,本实验选择40℃~4h,80℃~2h,250℃~1h的固化制度。
In this paper, the author researches the influences of the aluminium sulphate, basal adhesive, evocating agent, the regulations of curing to performances of sucralfate-phosphate. The experimental result shows that the quantity of aluminium sulphate added can raise the high temperature performances of adhesive, and when mass ratio of H3PO4 and Al(OH)3 up to 5 : 1 was best. It was benefit to curing temperature to mix into evocating agent. The regulations of curing were very important, and this paper selected the regulation of 40℃- 4h, 80℃- 2h, 250℃- 1h.
