2-氯-4-氯甲基苯并噻唑的合成

摘要 以2-硝基-3-氯苯甲酸为原料,通过关环反应得到2-巯基-4-羧基苯并噻唑、进一步用四氢铝锂还原得到2-巯基-4-羟甲基苯并噻唑,然后用氯化亚砜氯化得到2-氯-4-氯甲基苯并噻唑。所有的化合物的结构经过1H NMR和13C NMR证实。 2-Chloro--4-chloromethylbenzothiazole was synthesized from 3--chloro-2-nitrobenzonic acid in three steps, including cyclization, reduction and chlorization. The structures of the products were confirmed by 1H NMR.
