摘要
根据电火花加工原理和特点,分析了传统大面积电火花加工很难获得良好粗糙度的原因,同时探讨了混粉电火花加工改善大面积加工表面粗糙度的原因。
On the basis of the principle and the features of EDM, analysis is made on the reasons that conventional EDM for large surface can hardly get good surface roughness but surface roughness will be improved by using EDM if the working fluid is mixed with powder. Practical machining shows that the machined surface roughness is really improved by using EDM mixed with powder.
