植物植酸酶在饲料中应用的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 磷是动物必需的一种常量矿物元素。动物体内的磷主要来源于日粮,如动物性饲料、植物性饲料和饲料中添加的无机磷,其中植物性饲料在动物日粮中占比重最大。而在植物性饲料中,植酸磷是磷的主要储存形式,非反刍动物对其利用率较低,摄人的磷大多随粪尿排出,使水体和土壤遭到严重污染。因此,为了满足动物需要,不得不向饲料中添加无机磷,同时也增加了饲料成本。植酸酶可以水解植酸,将其中的磷释放出来.提高磷的利用率,降低饲料中无机磷的添加量。
