摘要
热轧20钢管在汉相区加热、水淬及空冷后可获得马民体加铁素体的双相组织,该双相20钢制作的套筒用以冷压连接IV级钢筋,在拉伸试验过程中套筒与钢筋之间不出现滑脱现象(相对滑动),断裂均在钢筋本体,力学性能均能满足日本(钢筋接头性能评定标准)的SA级指标要求。
The dual phase structure (Martensite plus Ferrite) could be obtained after the hot rolled pipe of 20 steel was treated by the processes of heating in two phase region - water quenching and air cooling. The splice made of this duplex steel plpe could be used for cold pressing to splice rebars of grand W,the relative slide phenomenon between splice and the rebar did not appear during tensile test, and all of the fracture took place on the rebar's body. The mechanical properties of the splice had met the required index of grade SA in 'Evaluationstandard of rebars splice, Japan'.[
