摘要
通过水热法制备了铁掺杂氧化锌纳米晶,采用红外、X射线衍射(XRD)、可见光谱对其进行了表征,并以铁掺杂纳米氧化锌对亚甲基蓝进行催化降解实验来检验其催化降解性能,结果表明当Fe+/ZnO纳米晶浓度为1.0 mol/L、亚甲基蓝质量浓度为5 mg/L、太阳光照射3 h时,甲基橙降解效果最好,降解率达90%以上。
Fe - doped nanocrystalline zinc oxide was prepared by hydrothermal method and was characterized by X- ray diffraction (XRD), infrared spectroscopy (IR) and visible absorption spectrum. Photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue with the prepared zinc oxide were carried out. Results showed that the best degradation effect of methylene blue was obtained with a degradation rate of 90% when the concentration of Fe^3+/ZnO nanocrystalline was 1.0mol/L, the concentration of methylene blue was 5 mg/L and the time of exposure to sunlight was 3 h.
