摘要
针对共面波导不同不连续性需采用不同的等效电路分析的问题,该文结合矩量法的物理内涵,推导出共面波导不连续性的等效电路模型。将等效电路模型分别应用于开路端、阶梯、直角拐角、T形结等不连续部分,计算所得S参量与IE3D仿真结果进行比较,最大误差不超过5%,平均误差不超过2%。与IE3D仿真结果良好的一致性表明,该模型具有较高的精确度与通用性。
In view of the problem that the different coplanar waveguide(CPW) discontinuities must use different field-based equivalent circuits, a single field-based equivalent circuit model for different coplanar waveguide (CPW) discontinuities is constructed by'the reinterpretation of moment method (MOM). By applying this equivalent circuit model to CPW discontinuities, such as open- end, step, right-angle bend, and T-junction, the maximum error S-parameters is less than 5% compared with those by IE3D. The average error is less than 2%. The comparison with IE3D shows that the general field-based equivalent circuit model is very accurate and can be widely used for the design of microwave circuits.
