线切割加工编程方法的研究

Study on the programming ways in WEDM

叙述了线切割加工中手工编程的基本方法 ,较系统地分析了加工程序段的转接情况 ,提出了克服线切割机空行程的方法 。

This paper discusses the basic ways of manual programming in WEDM and analyses systematically the situations of linking processing programs. The auther puts forward the methods to decrease the do nothing route of wire cutting so that the machining efficiency of the machine tools can be improved greatly.
