摘要
选用不同种类、年龄的竹材制备竹炭,考察了炭化温度和炭化时间,以及竹材种类、年龄对竹炭的得率、比表面积等指标的影响。结果表明:竹炭得率受炭化温度和时间的影响显著,竹种之间略有差异,而与竹龄无紧密关系;竹炭比表面积主要受炭化温度和炭化时间的影响,在炭化温度800℃、炭化时间2~3h下,制得竹炭的比表面积最大。
Bamboo charcoal, made through a high temperature pyrolysis process, provides a new way to utilize bamboo. The effects of species and age of the bamboo, carbonization temperature and time on the yield rate and specific surface area were evaluated in this study. The results showed that the specific surface area was considerably affected by both carbonization temperature and time. The bamboo charcoal had the maximum specific surface area when treated at 800 ℃ for a duration of 2- 3 hours.
