Breeding and Application of New Hybrid Rice Combination "Fengyouhang 98"

丰优航98是用不育系丰源A与恢复系航98配组选育而成的晚稻中熟组合，具有稳产、高产、适应性广、抗性强、食味好等优点。作晚稻种植全生育期118—122d，单产7560～8085kg／hm^2。介绍了该组合的特征特性和栽培、制种技术要点。

A new middle - maturing hybrid late rice combination ＂Fengyouhang 98＂ was bred by crossing between sterile line ＂Fengyuan A＂ and restoring line ＂SP40098＂. ＂Fengyouhang 98＂ is characterized by high and stable yield, wide adaptability, strong disease resistance, good eating quality. When ＂Fengyouhang 98＂ was planted as double cropping late rice in Jiangxi province, its growth duration was 118 -122 days, its yield could reaeh 7560 -8085 kg/hm2. The high -yielding cultivation and seed production techniques of ＂Fengyouhang 98＂ were introduced in this paper.
