摘要
介绍了一种利用数字式绝对位移量传感器的二维焊接跟踪系统,实现了焊缝起始点寻位、过程跟踪、工件翻转的自动控制,达到了满意的焊接效果。
A bi-dimensional welding tracking system with digital absolute displacement sensors is presented in the paper. It is able to carry out automatic operation of seeking start point to be welded, procedure tracking and work piece position. Then an approved welding result is obtained.
