摘要
为了解梗丝结构中各组分变化对卷烟吸阻大小变化趋势的影响，制作了10个不同结构的梗丝样品掺配入同批次叶丝中，用同一台卷烟机卷制，取得10个卷烟样品，以梗丝结构各组分比例为自变量，进行梗丝结构与吸阻大小相关性回归分析，比较各自的相关系数，结果表明：对于试验牌号卷烟而言，大于2．50mm梗丝比例在84％～92％之间时，卷烟吸阻呈现出先逐渐降低，在86％～88％之间时，吸阻最低，而后逐渐升高的趋势。
In order to ascertain the influence of size proportion of cut stem on the draw resistance of cigarettes, ten cigarette specimens were manufactured by the same machine through mixing ten different size proportions of cut stem samples into the same batch of cut tobacco. Taking the size proportion of cut stem as independent variable, the correlation between size proportion of cut stem and draw resistance of cigarettes was analyzed. The results showed that ： when the proportion of cut stem whose length was more than 2.50 mm was between 84% -92% , the draw resistance of cigarettes decreased gradually at first and then increased gradually, the lowest draw resistance appeared at the ratio between 86% -88%.
