摘要
采用ANSYS分析软件,对LY型旋耕机传动箱的斜齿轮进行了建模和弯曲应力分析。分析结果表明:ANSYS软件分析的结果较传统的斜齿轮的计算结果更为准确。作者并依此提出了对斜齿轮分析的一些看法,为今后斜齿轮的CAE做一构想。
Through the application of software ANSYS, the model of involute helical gear in the wheel box of LY - type rotary plow was built and the curve stress was analyzed, and the foundation for the optimization of involute helical gear was supplied. We concluded that software ANSYS was more precise and convenient than the traditional methods in the analysis of helical gear, and provided some suggestions and conceive for the CAE of helical gear in the future.
