摘要
论述了水利供水工程招投标的基本程序和实施方法。就如何保证水利供水工程的招投标公开、公平、公正地进行,提高参与招投标者的素质,加强廉政建设和保密工作、加强监督和稽查工作等方面进行了探讨。
Based on an introduction of the basic bidding procedures and implementing methods of water conservancy supply project, the author probed into the measures for proceeding the work under open, fair and just principle, including improving the quality of participants, strengthening the clean administration and confidentiality work, intensifying supervision and inspection etc.
