摘要
用有限元法对共轭切深孔中轧件的变形进行了计算机模拟,模拟计算结果误差小于1%。根据模拟结果,坯高/成品边高为2的坯料,使用一对共轭切深孔,翻钢后再用一对共轭箱形孔,可轧制出11#矿工钢,无需重复试轧。
The deformation of rolled piece in conjugate deep cut pass is simulated by finite element method. The error of simulated result is less than 1%. Based on it, 11 # I beam for mining can be rolled by using the billet which has twice the height and these needs no trail rolling by using a pair of conjugate deep cut pass and box pass.
