摘要
分析了太钢第七轧钢厂光亮退火机组存在的主要问题，阐述了对机组的脱脂、光亮退火炉焊机及电气设备、生产工艺的改造情况；改造后该机组年产量将达到４万ｔ，填补了我国无光亮板生产的空白。
The existing main problems of light annealing line in the seventh steel rolling plant of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co. are analyzed. The reformation situation of the degrease, welder of light annealing furnace, electrical equipment of the units and the production process are described. After reformation, the output will amount to 4×10 4t. It filled the gap in light sheet production.
