From Eletroplated to Brazed—New Manufacturing Technology Development of the Monolayer Superabrasive Grinding Wheel

介绍国外八十年代中后期开始发展起来的新一代单层高温钎焊超硬磨料砂轮，包括其制造技术、工艺优势以及应用前景。这种砂轮具有传统电镀砂轮无法比拟的优异性能，国内在推广应用超硬磨料砂轮时应大力引进开发此项技术，文末附有作者关于进一步研究开发此种砂轮的一些构想。

This paper is to recommend the manufacturing technologies, technological advantages and wide applications of an external brazed monolayer superabrasive grinding wheel which is developed on the basis of the traditional electroplated monolayer grinding wheel in the late eighties. Because of the extensive advantages of this grinding wheel, it should be introduced and developed losing no time. Furthermore, at the end of the paper, there are some conceptions and suggestions of the author on how to investigate and develop this new grinding wheel on a higher starting point.
