摘要
对国家通用标准麻花钻的几何形状及几何参数描述作了详细研究,力图澄清钻头沟槽与切削刃部的几何形状以及描述的模糊概念,为几何造型与制造奠定基础。此外,根据国家标准提供的有关几何参数与推荐值,对钻头主刀刃圆周后角αco进行了数学建模,并对国家标准所给出的几何参数q1以及由此参数导出的圆周后角αco的有效设计作了详细的数学与数值分析和逻辑论证。
A detailed study of the geometry, specification of the Chinese standard twist drill has been carried out aimed at clarifying the geometrical ambiguities in drill flute body and point design. In addition, an extrageometrical feature associated with the flank surface, the lip circumferential clearance angl α o, has been identified and modelled from the recommended feature in the Chinese standard, so that the straight lipped conical drill point grinding can be uniquely determined. The suitability of the recommendation of q 1 and reasonable lip circumferential clearance angle α co designs have been fully investigated.
