摘要
论述了自阶梯层剥强力端铣刀的理论基础,指出自阶梯层剥强力端铣刀与普通阶梯端铣刀的本质区别,分析了自阶梯层剥强力端铣刀的最佳铣削图形,得出了不同加工余量和进给量条件下的刀尖等高不等直径、刀尖等直径不等高和刀尖不等直径不等高等类型自阶梯层剥强力端铣刀的设计计算公式。
The basic theory of self graded power face milling cutters(SGPFMC) is discussed .The distinctions between SGPFMC and normal graded face milling cutter(NGFMC) are pointed out, and the optimum milling graph is analysed. Finally, a series of design formula suited to different SGPFMC with different cutting conditions are concluded.
