摘要
本文论述了齿轮传动系统智能分析站中复合信息的获取方法及动态参数的测试原理。应用分离与合成技术,从栅式转矩传感器的简单信号中,测取传动系统转矩、转速、加速度、效率、传动误差等五个动态参数;采用并行处理方法实现这些参数的同时获取。
This paper presents the method of multi information acquirement and the theory of multi parameter testing in intelligent analyzing station for gear drive system. By using the technique of demultiplex and composition of information, the dynamic parameters, such as torque, slewing rate, acceleration, efficiency and transmission error, can be obtained from the simple signals of torque sensors. These parameters are gained simultaneously with parallel processing circuit.
