介绍在设计1／6G摩托车气缸盖（以下简称"G缸盖"）低压铸模时，采取对策避免了现有设备低压铸机机座变形这一不利影响，完成模具设计。
This paper mainly Introduces that when we design the low compactioncasting mold for 1/6 G motorcycle head, the corresponding measures are adopted toavoid the influence of the deformation of current low compaction casting machinebase. Then the mold design is finished.
