摘要
分析了高长方盒形件拉深工艺，计算了盒形件的毛坯尺寸及形状，确定了拉深次数及工序尺寸，设计了拉深模的模具结构。文末提出了解决缺陷问题的措施。
in this paper the drawing technology of high rectangular case is analysed, the blank dimensions and figures of rectangular case were calculated, thedrawing numbers and the process dimensions were determined, and the die structure of drawing die were designed. In the end some solutions to solve the defectproblems were proposed.
