课程改革背景下职业学校教学管理工作的变革及实践——以溧阳职业教育中心校为例

摘要 随着职业教育课程改革的全面展开,传统的教学管理模式与新课程实施的矛盾逐渐凸显。面对新课程改革对职业学校教学管理提出的新要求,职业学校应积极探索教学管理的改革,构建与新课程相适应的教学管理制度与运行机制,以此提高教学管理水平,深化职业教育课程改革。 With the full development of the curriculum reform in vocational education, the contradiction between the traditional teaching administration mode and the implement of the new curriculum is more and more salient. Faced with the new requirement of the new curriculum reform to the teaching administration, vocational schools should actively study the reform on the teaching administration and construct the system and running mechanism of the teaching administration coherent with the new curriculum so as to improve the teaching administration level and accelerate the curriculum reform of vocational education.
