摘要
目的研究改良B-Lynch子宫压迫缝扎术在剖宫产术中大出血的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析36例剖宫产术中大出血患者行改良B-Lynch子宫压迫缝扎术的手术方法及其止血效果。结果 36例剖宫产术中大出血产妇均行改良B-Lynch子宫压迫缝扎术,止血效果满意,不影响子宫复旧、月经复潮。结论改良B-Lynch子宫压迫缝扎术,应用于剖宫产术中止血有效、迅速,无并发症,是一种积极有效控制剖宫产术后出血的措施。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified B - Lynch treating hemorrhea during caesarean section. Methods 36 eases with hemorrhea during caesarean section were treated with modified B - Lynch, and their clinical effect were analyzed retrospectively. Results The hematischesis of modified B - Lynch treating hemorrhea during caesarean sectio were sure. Conclusion The clinical effect of modified B - Lynch treating hemorrhea during caesarean section is certain, and no complications in all patients.
