有机前体物质对发酵生产HA的影响研究

摘要 文章研究了摇瓶发酵过程中添加物对兽疫链球菌Streptococcus zooepidemicus发酵生产透明质酸的影响。结果表明:在发酵5h时,装液量80mL/500mL,转速300rpm,添加1.0%的丙酮可以使HA产量提高23.25%。丙酮可以作为一种有效的添加物应用于HA的生产。 The effect of differentence adding substance to the producing of HA produced by Streptococcus zooepidemicus in shake-bottle fermentation is studied in this paper. The results indicate that 23.25% increase is obtained by adding acetone ( 1.0% ) at 5h, the volume of zymotic fluid is 80mL in the 500mL shake-bottle, by 300rpm in the course of fermentation. The acetone can be used in the producing of HA as an effective adding substance.
